Follows the CodeXyzabcMachineTool retirement in HiMech. DemoBuildMachineTool
drops IGetCodeXyzabcMachineTool, which no longer exists, and spells out the
doc comments the inherited interface used to supply.
The two GenByFile<CodeXyzabcMachineTool> call sites are fixed rather than
merely renamed: they read Resource machine tools rooted at
<GeneralXyzabcMachineTool>, so the factory's `as` cast handed back null and
the demo project got no machining chain at all.

The shipped machine tool is now MachineTool/Table-B1.default/Table-B1.mt
and the shipped cutting-parameter / workpiece-material files carry the
`.default` marker, so the three hard-coded resource paths move with them.
These samples are compiled into the public docsite verbatim, so a stale
path here ships as documentation.
Also removes the commented-out PmcB1MachineToolSource line and renames
the class summary, both of which put the retired name on the public docs.

DemoUseSessionMessageHost now reads ShellProgress / NcDiagnosticProgress /
StepDiagnosticProgress (severity + id + notification, with the per-kind NC-line
/ step anchors). Drop DemoUseSessionMessageHost2 — its premise (reading
MachiningStep objects out of the mixed message list) dissolves under the
partition; step-data demos live in ShowStepPresent and SessionStepBuilt.
DemoUseMachiningProject's abnormal-message log now subscribes the three sinks'
MessageAdded events (shell via the OnShellMessageAdded app-lifetime bridge).
Part of MixedProgress0 retirement (migration P6). Build x64 green.

CollectionItemAdded is an event on MixedProgress0; the new SessionProgress sink does not expose it. Follows the SessionProgress->MixedProgress property rename.
