chore(Hi.WinForm): follow the DispEngine FrameReady callback (was ImageRequestAfterBufferSwapped)
Mechanical: the handler gains the FramePins argument and ignores it; this host is deprecated and gets no pin overlay. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5.1 <noreply@anthropic.com>
