refactor(Hi.Sample): follow HiGeom's Box3d struct -- the demo displayees take ref Box3d and expand through Expanded, DemoSatellite scales its boxes with ScaledFromCenter, and MachiningProjectDisplayee forwards ref dst to the assembly
